Are your products dishwasher / microwave safe?
Yes! We do prefer hand washing handmade items - but all glazes are food safe as well as dishwasher / microwave safe. Hand wash for a longer life!

Please allow 5-7 business days for items to be shipped out.
Returns and Refunds
Frame Ceramics does not offer any refunds or returns, however if you received a damaged item please send a photo to frameceramics@gmail.com and the product can either be remade or a refund can be issued. Please note that any claims must be made within 15 days of delivery date. If a refund is issued please allow 5-7 business days for it to update on your account.
